Membership Rights
Each member organization:

• Is entitled to one vote in the election of the Board of Directors, and any motion put forward at the Annual General Meeting.
• Is entitled to nominate individuals to NEER Board of Directors.
• Will receive regular updates regarding developments in the NEER.

• Is active and informed regarding the development of the NEER
• Is willing to receive, review and respond as necessary to information provided by the employed and elected officials of the NEER
• Brings any issues and concerns to the Board of Directors
• Is required to attend the Annual General Meeting or assign vote via proxy
